What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most SKUs start at 50 cartons — around 1,200 bottles — but our team can custom-scale down to 20 cartons for first-time trials and up to 50,000 cartons for national rollouts. Every product page shows the exact per-SKU MOQ.
Do you deliver to my city?
We ship to 22 states across India through our warehouse network in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi NCR. Enter your pincode at checkout for a live delivery estimate and freight quote.
How long does a custom-label order take?
Standard timeline: mockup in 72 hours, approval + printing in 4-5 working days, production in 7-10 days, delivery in 3-6 days. A typical custom-label order lands in 14-21 days from PO.
Will I get a proper GST invoice?
Yes. Every order ships with a GST-compliant tax invoice, HSN-classified line items, and a signed delivery challan. B2B accounts also receive a soft-copy statement of accounts on request for reconciliation.
What payment terms do you offer?
First orders: 100% advance against pro-forma invoice. Repeat B2B accounts: 50/50 (advance + on delivery) or Net-30 after credit approval. Ask our team about corporate credit lines and standing PO discounts.
Are your products BIS and FSSAI certified?
Every ORA-labelled water product carries a valid BIS licence (IS 14543 for packaged drinking water and IS 13428 for mineral water) and an FSSAI food-business licence. Copies are shared on request with new B2B accounts.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries?
Yes — hotels, corporate pantries and restaurants set up weekly, fortnightly or monthly recurring orders through their account dashboard. Frequency and volume are editable any time with no lock-in.
