2001Products What water categories does ORA Water offer?
ORA Water offers three categories: Premium Mineral Water (200ml, 250ml, 500ml, 700ml), a Luxury Collection (Alkaline pH 8–9 in 250ml/750ml/1L, Vitamin B12 Water in 750ml, Himalayan Water in 330ml aluminum cans, Sparkling Water in 330ml, and Glass Alkaline Water in 300ml/750ml), and India's first Alkaline Ice Cubes (2kg bags and bulk supply). All water products are available with custom labels.
02Products What is the difference between Premium Mineral and Luxury Water?
Premium Mineral Water is our core range — multi-stage purified and mineral-enriched, ideal for everyday hospitality and corporate use. Luxury Water is a specialty collection featuring alkaline, vitamin-enriched, Himalayan spring, sparkling, and glass-bottled formats designed for premium hotels, fine dining, and wellness-focused brands.
03Products Do you supply Alkaline Ice Cubes?
Yes — ORA Water is India's first alkaline ice cube supplier. Our premium alkaline ice cubes are made from RO-purified, UV-treated, pH 8–9 balanced alkaline water. Slow-melt, crystal-clear, and odour-free. Available in 2kg bags and bulk supply.
04Orders How do I place an order on the shop?
Browse our Products page, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery where supported. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking link once dispatched.
05Orders Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
You can cancel a prepaid order from My Orders until it moves to the "Out for Dispatch" status. Modifications (quantity changes, address updates) are possible before dispatch — please contact us at info@orawater.in or +91 73595 64121.
06Orders Is there a minimum order value?
For B2C shop orders, there is no minimum order value, but free shipping thresholds vary by pincode. For B2B and custom-label orders, please see the B2B Enquiry page or contact us for MOQ details.
07Shipping Where does ORA Water deliver?
Our core coverage includes Junagadh, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Gandhinagar, and Mahesana. We also offer pan-India delivery for select products. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability and delivery timeline.
08Shipping How long does shipping take?
Within our core service cities, most orders deliver within 1–3 business days. Pan-India orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from dispatch. Bulk and custom-label orders follow their own production schedule — confirmed at order time.
09Shipping How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track any order at any time via the Track Order page using your order number.
10Custom Labels Can I get water bottles with my own label?
Yes. All products in our Mineral and Luxury Collections — including Alkaline (pH 8–9), Vitamin B12, Himalayan, Sparkling, and Glass Alkaline Water — are available with full custom label branding. Use the B2B Enquiry page to start a custom-label program.
11Custom Labels What is the minimum order quantity for custom labels?
MOQ depends on the bottle size. 500ml and 700ml start from 50 cartons; 200ml and 250ml start from 100 cartons; all Luxury variants (750ml, 1L, 330ml, 300ml) start from 50 cartons. Alkaline Ice Cubes start from 30 cartons. Multi-format ordering is supported — just let us know your mix.
12Custom Labels How long does label approval and production take?
Initial label mockups are typically shared within 72 business hours after receiving your logo and brand brief. Revision rounds are completed within 24–48 hours each. Most custom-label orders are completed and dispatched within 10–12 business days after final design approval.
13Subscriptions Do you offer water subscriptions?
Yes. ORA Water offers weekly, fortnightly, and monthly subscription plans for any product category. Manage your subscription from your account — pause, resume, skip a delivery, or change quantities at any time.
14Subscriptions Can I change my subscription delivery date or quantity?
Yes. Log in to your account, open the Subscriptions tab, and you can edit the next delivery date, product quantities, or even swap SKUs. Changes save instantly and apply from the next cycle.
15Payments Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex), net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available in select pincodes. For B2B orders, we also support bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) and credit-line terms after KYC.
16Payments Is online payment secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers — payment information is handled entirely by the gateway.
17Payments Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and we'll generate a GST-compliant tax invoice with your business name and address. The invoice is emailed automatically and is also available in your account under Orders.
18Returns What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Custom-labelled products are non-returnable unless defective. See our full Return Policy page for details on eligibility, process, and refund timelines.
19Returns How long do refunds take?
Once a return is approved, refunds are initiated within 24 hours via Razorpay or bank transfer. Credit to your account usually takes 5–7 working days depending on your bank or wallet. You will receive an email when the refund is initiated and another when it is processed.
20Quality What quality standards does ORA follow?
ORA follows a 10+ stage purification process and BIS/ISI-aligned quality controls across all products. Alkaline Water is pH-verified at 8–9; Vitamin B12 Water is nutrient-tested for accuracy; Glass Alkaline Water uses food-grade borosilicate glass. Every batch is lab-tested before dispatch.
